Winter Weather Policy
SWI’s 2018/2019 policy concerning wintry weather is to follow the decision of the Springfield R-12 school district. If the Springfield R-12 school district is closed, SWI will also be closed.
Parents/Volunteer Group Organization

SWI will be closed on the following dates for 2019:
- January 1 – New Years Day
- April 19 – Good Friday
- May 27 – Memorial Day
- July 4 – Independence Day (observed)
- September 2 – Labor Day
- November 28 – Thanksgiving
- November 29 – Day after Thanksgiving
- December 25 – Christmas
- December 26 – Day after Christmas
