SPRINGFIELD, MO — Latrice Croom is the new cook at SWI. She not only will ensure that SWI employees enjoy a nutritious lunch, she will demonstrate menu planning and how to prepare substantive meals at home.

Croom has extensive background in cooking in residential and nursing facilities. David Dunn, interim general manager at SWI, says, “Latrice comes to us with an excellent background in meal preparation, and is experienced in working with a diverse population. We are pleased she is joining us.”

Lunch is served five days a week at a minimal charge to employees.
