The Springfield Workshop Foundation serves as the essential fundraising arm of SWI Industrial Solutions—a respected private, nonprofit organization committed to creating meaningful employment opportunities in manufacturing and light assembly for individuals in Springfield and Greene County. Through generous community support, the Foundation helps sustain and expand programs that empower individuals with developmental disabilities and strengthen the local workforce.
Formerly known as Springfield Workshop, SWI Industrial Solutions has been a trusted leader in inclusive employment since 2007. As a top three finalist for the Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce’s Manufacturer of the Year award, SWI has earned recognition for our outstanding commitment to quality, community impact, and empowering individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) through meaningful work opportunities in manufacturing and light assembly.
